If products are ordered by 3pm central standard time, they will be shipped out the same day.

Thank you for shopping at Texas Cannabis Company! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we have established the following return policy to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

**Returns on Devices:**
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may have issues. For this reason, we gladly accept returns on devices within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

**Exclusions:**
Returns will not be accepted for devices that have been tampered with, used, or show signs of damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging. If you have a defective product, i.e. (dry-fire, excessive leakage, or manufacturing defect), we will accept returns within 24hrs of purchase. Returns are only accepted in store. **Return Process:**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at David@texascannsbis.company within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

**Refund or Exchange:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or an exchange will be arranged based on your preference.

**Return Shipping:**
